The usual, good experience. Everyone was really nice and they went over the car completely. I didn't have my tag and they game me a temporary one and drove downtown to my house and switched it.
I purchased a car from Coggin on December 1, 2017. I have never been more pleased with a car buying experience! Yashira was the Online Sales Representative that worked with me over the course of 2-3 days. When I came in with my son, I was lookin g to find something that he could afford. Very good service in my first experience with Cogging so far, after having serviced my Hondas for +10 years in other dealers in South Florida, before I moved to Central Florida. My advisor was Patricia Gonzales and she was diligent, helpful and friendly during the process.
Hugo Ochoa was a wonderful person to work with-he was not high pressure at all but showed us several within our price range also Brandon in finance was fabulous very personal care and a speedy and positive transaction.
I like the fact that the appointment schedule works. The air bag recall was fixed accordingly. They recommended other maintenance but the prices were exorbitant. They do good work though but you could lower your prices. People are friendly and professional.
Have three Honda’s from Coggin and keep them serviced there. Took the CRV in for regular service and low tire pressure light for a very slow leak in front right tire. Bruce was the service agent. Tremendous at his job. Professional, polite, friendly and timely. Could not ask for better service. After a cup of coffee, handful of tootsie rolls (my favorite) a bag of pop corn and half a movie in their comfortable lounge, car was washed serviced and tire repaired. I Service my Honda Pilot at Coggin Honda and Bruce was my service tech. He is a very nice and friendly person, because of his good service I would always take my Honda Pilot to Coggin Honda .
