Ever since I bought my used Toyota from this dealership I have been VERY happy! From the salesman to the finance dept. Then there is the service dept. My consultant is Bruce Scheller who is so knowledgeable and courteous.He makes the maintenance experience pleasant.. The mechanics get the job done correctly and give great recommendations. The telephone people and the ladies where you pay the bill are so helpful and treat you like they have known you forever, so friendly. I have taken my Hondas here for several years. I will only work work with Bruce Scheller, the service tech. He is always honest and applies any coupons or promotions they have available for me. I purchased 4 tires, alignment, and oil change for a very good price. It was less than what Costco quoted me because of the buy 3 get one free promo. Thank you Bruce!

Everyone needs to shop at Coggin Honda of Orlando! Service is absolutely outstanding! I have never been disappointed. There's nothing like watching a movie in comfortable chairs. While you enjoy a nice cup of coffee and eat some delicious donuts. The service is pretty quick so you don't get to finish the movie.
My service advisor Matthew is the best. He always makes suggestions based on the mechanics findings but is never pushy. I do believe the dealers labor fees should be a bit more reasonable though.
I have been taking my Honda to Coggin for several years. The service dept has always been very professsional.
Jerry Suarez gave me an appointment the next day of my call for a recall job. He met me as I pulled into the service line with appointments, took a few minutes to get my vehicle assigned to get the job done. So happen the tire pressure was low and asked him to check that as well. The job was done in an hour with a free car wash! Fantastic service, prompt, efficient and beyond expectation.
I took my car in for an oil change and HA in the service department was very professional and took care of me. They showed me things that needed to be taken care of and I will do it when I get a chance. Being a single woman, I depend on Honda to tell me what needs to be done to keep my car in working condition so it never breaks down. I do shop around for prices to see where I can save money.
