Came into the dealer to trade in my Harley for a car, they quoted me a price after they ran the vin# on the bike.I told them not to run my credit unless they could negotiate,They didn't but after they ran my credit they said the price on the bike just went down by almost 4500 dollars very bad customer service and just in case you're wondering my credit score was 720.
I bought a brand new car in March 2017 and the AC sucks. They denied to fix it and told me how to turn the Ac down maximum to be cool (who does not know it?!?). I turn to 70-72F but it was not cool as Other car. They denied to fix it!!! Bad work Honda Coggin
You Don't Find Chuck Norris Because He Finds You except this time we found Michael "Chuck" Norris to be a friendly, courteous and informed sales person. My wife and I purchased a 2017 Civic with virtually no haggling and we all walked away happy especially my wife who drove her birthday present home. Only downside was the wait to get through financing due the volume of business at the time.
Horrible service!! Today I had an appt. scheduled at 10:20 and im still waiting for my car! Whats the point of making and appointment, this is the exact reason I dont come here more frequently!!
This place is a ripoff and they don't care about customers. They charged me $99 for alignment diagnostics while it cost $69 to do alignment. I didn't even agree to it by puting my Initials in front of the charge. It was hidden . I argued with them and they just didn't want to listen and did not want to give me my car if I don't pay it . I called a manager and explained that this was not mentioned by the technician, he was siding up with his employee. So I had to pay it and I will never go back there .worse dealership
