Yesterday the little wrench symbol came up on my dashboard , B 1. Turns out that means an oil change and tire rotation. Bruce at Coggin Honda arranged that for me. He is the service representative I always have dealt with. He knows me and he knows my car. I feel that I'm in good hands when he is taking care of my car. He has always been very courteous, knowledgeable, and treated me wonderfully. I can't say enough good things about him and how I'm treated.
Waiting area was very nice,great A/C friendly customer service at the beginning it was a little rough my brothers Honda A/C went out and we we're driving back to N.Y with 2 kids, but the outcome was great they did a great job fixing the A/C and drove all night and all day to get back home nice and kool, thanks again awesome job coggin Honda of orlando
Last week, we called Coggin Honda located at 110501 S. Orange Blossom Trail and checked to see if we could return our leased car on a Sunday. They said it was no problem. So, today we arrive and are told that they do not accept lease returns on Sunday. There was no apology given for the incorrect information told to us previously. The used car sales representative was sarcastic and dismissive. I bought my car in for sn oil change. My tire was fine. I guess during the time they took the car to the back something got into my tire. They try to make me buy a new tire for mistake. I refuse n got mad n was yelling in anger. The manager told me he was going to call the police on me and try to make me leave the service center with a flat tire. I refuse to leave. After about 20 minute later they agree to give me a free tire. Worst day ever. My nerves was messed up..
I was put in a different car than the one I tested driving and basically forced to take it. II was lied to in my face by the sales and the finance people and also made a fool out of me by having me come back "for a better deal" only to find out that I had a better interest rate dropping almost 4 points and needed to sign asap and When I read the paperwork my new payment went up $35 dollars. I was furious and hopeless. I will be refinancing or trading in my Civic LX in a year for an Accord but I will definitively NOT be comin... read more
Everything was great until we decided not to purchase the car we put a deposit on the day before. It's been a week, and Coggin hasn't refunded our money. If this is how prospective customers are treated, wonder what treatment is like for those who actually "seal the deal".
