I have a great experience every time I go. The employees are so sweet and very helpful all the time. They are very prompt when doing an oil change or any service that my car needs fixing. The waiting area is very comfortable and entertaining for people that have long waits.
I'm really pleased about Coggin Honda OBT because I had an airbag recall and they didn't stop messaging me to let me know that I should have it fixed which shows how much they care about their customers. Btw I hv it fix.

I had an appointment for 7:15 so that could get my oil changed quickly and be on my way. They didn't even take my car until 7:30 and then it took 2 hours because they put me in as first come first served! I watched 3 cars that came in after me and was taken care of before me!!! Terrible service department. Don't know what the point is to have an appointment if you are just going to be treated as someone that just drove up.
Travelling with my famiy from NY had an issue with honda pilot and was give 5 star service from the service department.
