Even after a bad first impression. Due to car not being able to test drive and sales man I made appointment with not being there,Coggin Honda took care of me after the sale. Fixing issues I had with the vehicle. Making sure I was satisfied my purchase.

We had a recall for our CRV. We made the appointment and went to drop the car of almost 2 months ago . We were told that they had to order the part. We have not heard from them since. This clearly shows how good they are. If you don't have the part why would you make an appointment. Why no follow up. What if something happens who to blame. Never ever again I would buy a car from Coggin Honda Or I would recommend to anyone.

Yesterday I brought my 2015 civic for a window tint replacement. I met with Terry L. Jackson. He was very attentive and accommodating. Not only he took care of my vehicle, he also notified me that there were no recalls, and gave me information that I requested for 15K mile maintenance. I've been a Coggin Honda client since 1997. 2 purchased and 3 leased civics.
Must be some serious sh!t wrong with my van. Its been at Coggin for 3 days and I haven't heard from them. 2 calls not returned today. You know what their survey score is gonna be???
Today I went to get an oil change in the afternoon so I got there handed my keys to an employee and waited in the lobby like every costumer ,when I got my car back I went to get my money the money wasn't there I went to the manager, cause I know the money was there, I don't even want to talk about very upset we work hard to be loosing money like that never again. I have left 6 messages to find out if my car is ready for pickup as I live in Tampa, still waiting. Miserable customer service!!
I will never buy another Honda again. Poor customer service. 5 months waiting to have our DVD player replaced under warranty. We were told it was a "national shortage." Perhaps if we had the $2,000 worth of work done they tried to get us to do they would be more accommodating. Will be trying Cadillac next.
