Great service, friendly people are what you will find here. If there is a problem, or just regular maintenance I always bring my Honda Odyssey here. I explain what the problem is and if there is a question the tech talks to me about it. I have even taken them for a ride to demonstrate the problem or sound. Attention to detail is great. Nice waiting area with pop corn, donuts, and drinks while you wait.
CD player was broken and was never told about it so when we returned to the dealership they said the car is sold as is, also the car had a lug nut lock which was never given had to be purchased on its own, and the used car manager just seats in his cubicle and vapes which is pretty disrespectful to be a manager and have that slandered at least have the courtesy for your buyers and do it outside the building

Just purchased my HONDA Odessey. This is my second experience dealing with Coggin HONDA. My salesman Nelson Merced was outstanding. From the introduction to my new car right through me driving away all in one day. Everything was explained patiently without me feeling pressed for time. Nelson made sure I was totally understanding of the new vehicle before I left. His assistant Jeff was also very good with any additional details. The service department is excellent! My rep Phillip goes out of his way to be sure everything is addressed. I would never take my car anywhere else!
I can't speak to the buying experience, but I have had extensive dealings with the service department over the last few months, specifically Terry Jackson. Terry is excellent in communicating with you from start to finish through the service experience. He is upfront, and transparent about costs, work time, or any unexpected occurrences.
