Absolutely disgraceful - Asked for my Vin (trade) and my Social Security Number before I was even asked my name. Our two year old Honda Odyssey we were coming to upgrade will stay with us and I will take my business literally ANYWHERE else but here. We came to buy a car TONIGHT, not our first rodeo and we were prepared, educated, informed and ready to do business - you guys screwed that up, completely.
Made my appointment online for 12:30pm today. Arrived 5 minutes early. Like other customer said here, nobody look to your face. Requested only oil change. The employee not even looked to my appointment confirmation, and started offering me other services. I said no, thanks. This guy already showed sings that he didn't like, and started to put defects to my car, in the intention to sell more services, and I kept saying "no thanks". Complete lack of professionalism and condescending. They mark their cars up to mark them down. Everything you would expect from a bad car dealer. Coggin is a disgrace to Honda. NEVER buy a car here!
The service department came through in a big way. I purchased a used Odyssey a couple of weeks ago. Ran out of gas even though it read 1/2 full. Took it in to the dealer who fixed it at no cost to me. Thank you Andy and Jack for all your help.
So far so good, the sales person, Vanessa did everything to help us, and contributed to an amazing experience so far. No surprises, no shady stuff so far. I would recommend to anyone, ask for Vanessa.
My husband and I love our service advisor Patrick Paschik! He is always helpful and honest about what we need for our Pilot. This was our third leased Pilot, and the great service made it easy to decide to buy this one out. Thank You and keep up the good work!
