I've tried to get in contact with Coggin Honda of Orlando several times regarding a baiting scam which their sales team used. They don't care about their customers. They will lie and make promises which they don't intend on keeping to entice you. If you're in the market for a Honda, find a dealer without the coggin name!

The best car buying experience I've had in 30 years of car buying! No hassle and everything was as presented online by Internet Sales Manager Michael Spears. Michael is personable, professional and helpful! Elyin Perez in Financial Services handled my loan with the same degree of professionalism. I drove an hour to get to Coggin, it was worth the trip. I'm very happy with my new Accord and very happy with Coggin Honda!
I am starting to see how this dealership treats its customers after you purchase a car from them. I have been trying for the last 2 weeks to contact Alvin Santana Ramos in the finance dept and Michael Moushon in sales via email with no luck. I honestly feel that they are ignoring me.
