I would give zero stars to coggin Honda .They don't care about their customers, worst dealership I have dealt with . I have been there three times and never made the deal , they kept lying to me . They have the worst sales manager aka 'JR' , he is so unprofessional and rude ,He doesn't care about the dealer reputation , and when I told him " you guys don't keep your promises and i' am very unsatisfied" he laughed and he was like 'so' .I drove an hour and half just cause I thought he got me the best deal , once I got there th... read more

People at Coggin Honda lies. We bought a car, paid for it and then took it back. Would never go there again
So I make a appt for my civic at 1230pm. They make you wait like 15 mins no one even looks at you. Then he tells me 4-6 hours for the service Really. Might go to the other honda dealer next time.
Don't live up to promises.
Honestly I've been to many dealers but I have never and I mean never met such nice people . Our salesman Michael went out of his way to do what he had to do to make us happy . Everyone there was incredible . Thank you so so much for your time. I will never forget that day. Thanks from all of us.
Bait and switch method !!
We were in from out of town and temporarily stranded. Jerome and the service department team put us back on track with efficiency and excellence. The staff could not have been more friendly and the service area was very inviting. What delightful surprise in our hour of need.
