RecommendedEver since this became Jim Ellis Kia, I have been totally impressed with the service department. I live so close but after a couple of bad experiences with them (under the previous management), I traveled to another Kia dealer even though it was inconvenient. I am so happy I came back to the Kennesaw location to find that they have really turned things around. Much of the same staff is there, but customer focus is spot on. Keep up the good work.

Jim Ells has a long standing, good reputation and they have the best inventory and prices. After a deer totaled my 2011 Kia Sorento I bought a beautiful, Kia Sportage SX Turbo. It was used but looked brand new. I found a bubble in one of the tires a few days after purchasing it and, with no questions asked, they quickly replaced not one, but four brand new tires, at no cost! James Wind, the salesman, was courteous and knows his cars well. I am loving driving my new car! Thank you, James and Jim Ellis Kia!
Great Customer Service!! Went in for an oil change! Fast and Professional!
Not impressed with the super shady sales tactics commonly employed here. I am a loyal Kia owner but cannot stand how they “move the cheese”. They gave me a price for a new Soul and when I agreed and started to fill out the paperwork they kept adding things to the purchase price. This happened to my buddy Logan when he went to purchase a new Optima. Stand behind your promises Jim Ellis!

Service advisor Diana Bell was awesome. She handled my recall issue with my Kia Soul with a minimum of inconvenience to me and had the car washed and vacuumed.
