I came for an oil change with a competitor coupon to find out you no longer accept. you don't send coupons like Cobb County Kia did. you're putting nails in your coffin with me. we're talking about going to one vehicle, and it probably will NOT be Kia.
From my first phone call for an appointment to the last call for pick up, the staff was courteous, professional and very helpful.
Silly me, I tried to go to the local dealer in Cartersville, where I live, to get an oil change. I should have known better. My home for all of my Kia Sedona needs is at Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw! Robert Brooks took great care of me, with the best staff around! Will NEVER go anywhere else!

Wanted to see if Service was better than previous owners, nope. Nope. So close to home (drive past twice a day) but I will keep driving farther to another dealership for better service.
I got a great deal and the customer services are good they take care of me getting my car serviced
The service staff is great and will take care of you. I have a new hero in Jason Dale. While the technicians required me to return 2 extra times, Jason made sure to go over my issues and make things right. Double check that the correct maintenance is done, and done correctly, but otherwise a great team and service.
I have brought my car in for services twice and they have always been SOOO nice and helpful. I live in Douglasville and they are worth the 1 hour drive!! Thank you!
