Since they have changed management I’ve been having issues with getting my car serviced. Never ever have i had to schedule an appointment they would always take care of me when I came in. No appointment 2.5 hours. However when you try to schedule online the system is jacked up. Not only that I’ve purchased 2 cars from Kia and was lied to about my service package plan. Didn’t get any apologies for that. They don’t care about they customers. They need to bring the old crew back. Less issues and better service.
They are excellent in service, accommodation, price, quality, inventory and their people are phenomenal!
Always very efficient. Staff is always courteous.
Every experience I have with the sales staff, finance, managers and service have all been excellent! I think they are a quality dealership!
