I’m back. I previously left a review about my 2014 Kia Soul engine exploding 114 miles after my 100,000 warranty. Kia did ABSOLUTELY nothing. Now a year later, what has happened? My Kia engine has exploded again. And what does Kia have to say? It’s not our problem. Really?!? This is the first “new” car I’ve ever owned. My experience at Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw is always a pleasant experience! The customer service is excellent and the wait times are not bad at all. The Service Techs always notify you of the status of your vehicle when you are waiting for it. They also give you their recommendations and make sure you are comfortable with the recommended service repairs before they start. So I just picked up another courtesy car today from Jim Ellis Kennesaw because the parts for my Kia Sorrento are still not here. I had joked that they were coming from Korea; alas, I think they really are. It’s been a month now. 😝😝. Lucky I’ve got a superwoman service provider, Diana Bell, who always takes care of me. 😍😍😍

We came in looking for 2 new work vehicles that would help on gas expenses. How exciting to find the Kia Niro! We ended up purchasing 2 of the hybrid models from Dustin Way who was a pleasure to deal with. We told him what we needed and that if he could make it work, we would take 2. Well, he did. So excited to go from trucks that get 16-18 mpg to cars that get 50 mpg! And they came with lots of cool features for the price. Looking forward to zipping around Atlanta in our new wheels.
