I have Purchased 2 vehicles over the last 3 years from this Kia location with the latest being this past December on a 2020 vehicle. I am really quite disappointed with the level of customer service I have received over the last 3 weeks from Michael Adelusi and Chris in their finance department. I refinanced my vehicle and have requested the form to have my GAP coverage refunded, simple right? Wrong. I walked into this Kia in a bit of a pickle with my Forte5. I spoke with Curtis Wilson, explained the situation, and he immediately went to work. He was able to get my old Forte5 traded in (seized engine and EVERYTHING), the negative equity worked into a new vehicle, and I drove out of the dealership that evening (way past close because that is how committed they were to getting me into a new vehicle immediately) in my brand new 2020 Kia Soul LX. They are manipulative and mislead their customers. I have text proof of an out the door offer that was later on presented to me on paper as well. I know I didn’t get the 17 k I offer so I was fine with the 18k he told me and wrote down and texted to me which was the reason I came in. After spending 4 hours with the sales rep who tried to sell me a cheaper car, I said I still want the one we negotiated on earlier.
