RecommendedI just purchased a preowned 2017 Kia Sorento. I felt very comfortable and taken care of and while, they are definitely wanting to sale you, they will also tell you the truth as well. When you go, make sure you hit up Curtis, Don and Mike. The rest of the staff was extremely friendly as well. Another thing I noticed is they didn't treat anyone different based on their age or skin color which means a lot personally to me. Can't say the same for other places. The staff was courteous, professional and respectful. The entire process was easy and I love my new Sorento. Mike, Jimmy and Chris made tihs process easy for me.

overpriced Tellurides with added junk to boost price. finance manager up-sells after you've been sold. originally bought a brand new sorento that wouldnt start. dealership stonewalling add-on cancellation process. do not buy here.

Handled my recalls efficiently and quickly, getting 3 recalls done in one day. They also vacuumed out my car and gave it a bath, which was great. Madison with Customer Service was very nice and extremely helpful. I would recommend Jim Ellis Kia for recall services.
