Jimmy Hendrix took care of me, and I am very grateful. My whole buying experience was great. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and helpful. I drive here from Smyrna whenever I need maintenance, because they are always extremely friendly and helpful. The service writers and mechanics ensure that I am given thorough information, as well as try to find the most cost effective solution. Ms. Williams is so personable. I really enjoyed working with her. I'm typically sceptical of dealership service departments because of bad past experiences. I must say the employees here are definitely helping to change that. The whole staff was great but Curtis was our salesperson and he was exceptional!! He helped us through the whole process and got us into a great Telluride! He's even followed up after we got home to make sure we didn't have any questions on the tech! I would absolutely recommend Curtis and Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw!
