First of all, our car buying experience was wonderful. Larry got us everything we wanted for the price we needed. Second, the check engine light came on 3 weeks after we bought it. I called the service desk and they got me in the same day. Jason in service was super helpful, diagnosed my issue (the gas cap wasn't on properly...oops, my bad!) washed and vacuumed my car, and I was out the door in 30 minutes. Thank you for everything you do!!
They are Courteous and work very well
They treat u like family. I live in Union City and there's a Kia Dealership 5 mins from my house. I will drive to Kennesaw to get my vehicle serviced everytime. Bought my car in 2015.

Thy are awesome. My experience every time I work with them is always pleasant. I purchased my car in Dec 18' and have been riding great, they did the best they could to get me in the car i wanted.
They were able to get me seen quickly even without an appointment. Also Camille was the best customer service rep I’ve ever had.
Highly recommend Jim Ellis Kia in Kennesaw! I loved the Kia Optima’s and Larry helped me find the perfect one for me! He was very professional and very funny. My husband and I enjoyed every second spent with him during the car buying process and I am so happy with my car now :) LOVE IT!!!
