sales are fine and people are nice but watch out for finance manager. in our opinion, crook. when one has credit score of 814, one has 736, on a new car purchase of 52,000, one would think you would get good finance rate. that man wanted 4.99 to start. finally ended 3.6%. ridiculous when all other dealerships, including Carriage Kia, offered 0.9 and 1.9. this fast talking shark came to 3.6 then added 6 month to payment which made up for the difference in interest, using a credit union in Marietta. can you say "kickback?" Great Service and the service Tech was awesome
Undying thanks to Chris Ford, Miss Diana Belle, and the whole team at Jim Ellis for fixing my car in four hours 💙, when Carriage (who are still telling me I need a new engine) held my car hostage for twelve days without changing the spark plugs. I was about to give up and buy a bike 🤗
Took car to be serviced Saturday, 1-4-2020. They had my car for a full week!! Realized after I picked it up that the oil was not changed as requested (on top of check engine light repair). More of my time was wasted the next Saturday when I had time to take it back for an oil change. Tonight I realized that the tail break light was not fixed as I requested.... EVEN THOUGH THE PAPERWORK SAID IT WAS DONE AND I WAS CHARGED. Also, the second round of paperwork from the oil change says that their was a break light issue and the s... read more
