Jason Dale in the serivce department handled my service appointment (oil change) and was extremely friendly and helpful. I was very pleased. This was my first oil change at Jim Ellis Kia and I look forward to all of my oil change visits being just as pleasant.
I traded my car for a Ford F-150 SVT Raptor and Dustin did a great job for me on the transaction. Fast and professional. Highly recommended.
I have had a 2017 Kia Sorento since November and now on it's 2nd time in the shop...10 days in they tell me it could be 2 weeks to 2 months....the shop is poorly ran w no one knowing when and who should be staffed. We don't even get called back in a timely manner on days we are supposed to get answers.

We had a great experience! My car got totaled! So we came in to Kia to start looking for a new van and we were connected with Rebecca! She was our Sales specialist and she made everything very easy and relatively stress free! We drove one Sedona and fell in Love with it! We looked at a Toyota van also, but it just didn't feel right! We then had to wait 2 weeks before our meeting with the insurance company to give us the check for my old van! Jim Ellis Kia held that van for us until we could finalize everything!
