First purchase with this dealership and it was great. Dustin helped find us a car within our budget and with reasonable monthly payments. There was no pressure to look at anything other than what we wanted. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I’d recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, they have the best prices. Service department is charging us for a faulty air bag. Buyer beware
Dropped my wife's car off at Kia of Kennesaw for routing maintenance. When dropping the car off we were told it would be $299 for all maintenance. When we picked the car up the total was $327.99 due to the addition of a $17.85 'supply fee.' When asked for clarification on the charge they said 'We charge everyone that, it's for paperwork.' They billed me $17.85 to bill me? I'm surprised there wasn't a billing fee, for the billing fee, for the billing fee. We'll never be back due to what are in my opinion unfair and misleading... read more
