BAIT and SWITCH!!! Drove from out of state and the priced magically went up $500. I CHANGED NOTHING ABOUT THE DEAL. I had a great credit score, they were just going to be loosing too much on the deal and just couldn't do that price. DEALERSHIP FRAUD.
We purchased a vehicle here for our daughter. It is her first car. Our sales lady, Corie, was very professional and kind. We didn’t really know anything about Kias, but we wanted to learn since they are scoring so high in every category across the board. Corie educated us on Kias and we were impressed. Hopefully, the new ownership will make some improvements in the Service Department and send Joe; Service Mgr to school to learn his job and gain some customer service skills. I will NOT use this service department as long as he’s there.
