This was my 1st time coming to this location. My car was taken on time. I was greeted by RJ Lewis. He has exceptional customer service. I'm so happy my sister recommended this place.

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, balance and complementary car wash. Well the oil change I hope took place. Tires weren’t rotated. ( they did credit me ) I wasn’t told until I questioned them. They said the tires were balanced but also no wash was done... No point in going out of my way to go there anymore. Just pay attention to see that they do what they say. Don’t feel like I can trust them!
First of all I would give them 5+stars. My advisor Robert Brooks took very good care of me. Awesome customer service. I was told I needed 4 new tires and was provided by showing how much tread wear I had left. No too many would have provided this information. Very trustworthy. I bought my Kia Optima hybrid from Cobb Kia and recommend to buy your car here. Total Satisfaction with my car and always with my service.

Always have a great experience coming in! Received excellent, quick, honest service this morning from Randolph Lewis on my Kia Soul. He was professional, helpful, and efficient. Went in for an oil change, but he went above and beyond to make sure my car was up-to-date with all of my service! Thank you for all of your help Randolph!
