My wife walked into the Kia dealership this morning not knowing exactly which model she was interested in. Our plan was to visit various dealerships today looking at different makes. Easy car buying process. Straight up pricing no back and forth.
My experience was AWESOME! Alex took very good care of me. I did my application online and we hammered out all the details before I got there. Once there I was out in 2 hrs. I have never finish a car purchase that quick, nor have a sales rep walk me through setting up my apps. Alex even followed up to see how things was going the next day.
I purchased a 2017 Kia Optima yesterday from the Cobb County/Kennesaw Kia. I called the dealership on a Thursday to inquire on the mileage of a car advertised on the website. I spoke with Zack, a sales associate, who gave me the information over the phone and also texted additional information about the car to me. Disappointing. Turned in my leased Kia in immaculate shape with 15,000 miles left on lease. Turned in 1 month prior to lease end and was told by Kia dealership we were NOT responsible for last payment. Even leased another Kia. Now all they want is the last payment and the dealership even bought my car from the finance company it was so great. They had it in their possession the last month. Why would I turn in a car ahead of time if I thought I had to pay? Customer service has been rude and the customer clearly does not count... read more
