Went to CCKia today for a airbag light on dash. really afraid the air bag would have to be replaced. well an extended warranty was on the problem, so thank the Lord there was no charge. Sometime you go there and it is very intimidating, you don't know what to expect, but thankfully all things worked out today. Thank you CCKia.
If our experience is any guide, I urge people to stay clear of this dealership. Cobb County Kia has proven too inept to earn my trust. It took them a year to deliver a car tag. Four months ago, on the second anniversary of the purchase, we learned that we still have no clear title to the vehicle. Cobb County Kia assured us it would be taken care of. I bought my first Kia here in 2010 and am on my second Kia Soul which I purchased in 2014. I've always found the service department to be a pleasant experience until Monday when I had a bit of a problem trying to communicate with them. I sent a Facebook Message and got a call back from the GM Andre within minutes and he has done an excellent job listening to my concerns and accepting responsibility rather than make excuses. I really appreciate his quick response and his desire to do whatever he could to make things right.

0k.....we all know I love my Berrago. Kia knows me well and Robbie and Andrew take good care of us when we come in. I trust them and they do their very best to get me in and out and keep me running in top shape. I met the new GM today and he already knew me. Ha!! Thank you.
The BEST car shopping experience I have ever had. Never felt pressured. Brett was a pleasure to deal with, professional and understanding. Got the opportunity to try out the Service department. Came in for a routine oil change today at 0820. It's 0930 and I'm still here. For an oil change. This is a reoccurring problem with the service department yet to keep warranty active, this is what we deal with.
