I used to be skeptical about dealerships but Randy Morse has silenced any worries. He makes sure I make it in and out in a timely manner. He goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. WOW!!! Meeting my salesman, Jimi Hendrix, 😀 Blew me away his I was omg, I saw him at Woodstock lol...but I truly was blown away by the deal I was given as well as best friendly service we received from everyone there, but Jimi Hendrix was the coolest and Mike the Finance Guy was great as well these guys made sure that before we drove away that we were completely satisfied and we received the best .. so we are saying thank you from everyone who was so nice and kind to us and for the help we received... thanks so much, Cobb C... read more
Cobb County Kia is AMAZING!!! Their service team provides top notch service!!! Randy Morse was very professional and did such a thorough job servicing my vehicle and making sure he did all he could to give me an excellent overall experience! He made sure to complete all replacements and services that were covered under warranty while my car was there! My a.c stopped working, was blowing hot air! Brought it in to Kia and they fixed it under warranty! No cost fix for the win!
