Have bought 3 Kia's from CC Kia, still own 2 of them. Service throughout the entire process is always top notch. When I bring both trucks in for service, Randy is always very professional, thorough, and detailed. Can't get better service anywhere else!
Randy is the man to see in the service center! I've been getting my sorento serviced here since July '15. Randy always helps me out and is very thorough going over the paper work with me ( I don't understand much about cars). He has an over the top attitude and willingness to serve. Greatful to have a service advisor I can trust. The wait is never long here either.

I went in to test drive a Sorento and ended up with a Soul! But they were really patient with me and helped me get me the color and features I wanted. My husband and I were convinced we'd buy a used car from CarMax until we walked into Cobb County Kia. Every single staff member we interacted with was beyond helpful and wonderful. We didn't feel hassled or pushed and James made it such an awesome experience for us. I think I'm going to be a Kia owner for a very long time and I know we will always take our business to Cobb County Kia from now on!

Will never buy a Kia again. They will screw you over warranty. They don't won't to repair anything while under warranty. They will say they can't find a problem. BEWARE
