I came in for an oil change. The gentleman said to go inside, they would call me. Two hours later, I am still waiting. When I asked them how much longer, they didn't know my car was there, there was no ticket. They had to take me to the back and identify my car so I could take it ... Not one word of apology. I spent TWO HOURS and nobody cared. And when your client (me) asked about her car; I get attitude. No even an apology. Thanks KIA for helping me waste 2 hours of my time. Thanks. The people are so friendly & helpful. I went in for oil change & filter. I also had to have a rear windshield wiper. It was done in a timely manner & they also washed the car. Very satisfied!!!!!
I am going to say this is HANDS DOWN.....the BEST automotive experience my wife and I have ever had. Jon ( Mr. BOWTIE) our salesman was a superior salesman and that is an understatement. Never thought I would own a KIA. Consumer Reports recommended the Sorrento. I read other reviews online and after test driving one it beat all the other cars I was considering. I went to several dealerships (KIA, Nissan, Chevy, and Dodge) and all but Cobb County Kia and one Chevy dealerships were very pushy (Nissan was rude). These guys are great!! The customer service guys were totally helpful in figuring out the answers to my questions about the Bluetooth in my car. The mechanics explained everything and even compared using my iPhone to an android. With all of the explaining about the Bluetooth, getting an oil change, and a car wash, I haven't even spent a total hour here. Super fast, speedy, excellent service!! I definitely recommend Cobb County Kia, because my Soul and I are not going anywhere else.
