Had such a great experience buying our Kia Soul yesterday! Lavar was such a great help and so nice! Everyone there was great! I highly recommend using them to purchase your next car.
Well it was a great experience to buy a new car from them, before I got there we talked on the phone and I told them that I didn't have any credit at all so they had me to come down and when I left it was with a pre-own kia Forte with 44000 miles on it a beautiful car and the salesman that did it all for me was great it made a big change in my life I would like to think God first and then jimmy for making me comfortable with everything that was done.
I had spent over 50,000 with dealership this year and was going to get one of their 2017 when they come in for my girlfriend but I was there to get my oil changed today and started looking at a couple of cars so started checking on price and payments well we were talking things around and getting to the end and he come with me giving them 2000 I said no I never said I was going to do that then and then out of the blue he pops off I'm tired of negotiating I really didn't know what to say at the point and also he didn't want g... read more
Keely was absolutely amazing!!!! We informed her up front exactly what we were looking for down to color for the int/ext, mpg, payment amount, etc and she was able to make it all happen, plus some. She is extremely professional, yet down to earth and her knowledge for Kia's is incredible. We are in absolute love with our new 2015 Optima Hybrid!!!
Dishonest, told inaccuracies about condition of our car when doing a 75,000 mile service. Trying to sell unneeded services for a very inflated price

4:45 appointment. Was on time. Told to sit down and wait someone would be with me.. I waited and waited.. People walk right by me, look me straight in the eye, and never once asked if I was being helped. At 5 I finally had enough. Had to deal with a rude jerk off who proceeded to tell me it was my fault I had to wait. I was then told 30 mins. I pulled out of their parking lot at exactly 6 pm!!! 1 hour and 45 mins after my scheduled appt time!!! I still have one free oil change however, after today's experience, along with th... read more
I originally came just to get an oil change, met Jason Courie (he was great), and ended up buying a car the same day! Fred Clarke also helped along the way and he was great! CJ was also great and very friendly! They helped me through the whole process and I was very happy when I drove off the lot.
Service SUCKS. Poor attitude, over worked, staff on their personal cell phone looking at Facebook while I waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. They definitely do not foster a customer service attitude. Highly recommend that you take business elsewhere.
