Our car broke down while on vacation. We contacted Andrew in sales and he was awesome to work with. He made a tense situation so much better. Thank you!! However, Ms. Richards in tag & title office is difficult to deal with because (her words) she's too busy to answer her phone or return messages because she has 200 customers to take care of. That's rude and unprofessional.
I was so nervous to purchase a car without my husband there to guide me through, but the moment I arrived on the lot I felt comfortable! The team was absolutely amazing and made finding a new car very easy! The showroom was beautiful and all the staff very professional and helpful. I had to return for a minor service issue. I called in ahead of time and they made it work with my busy schedule. I love my new car and will be a repeat customer!
I went in on Tuesday after they called and emailed, begging me to come in after inquiring about prices on their website. I knew my financial situation and wasn't interested in attempting to start the process. However after they called and emailed repeatedly, I spoke with someone on the phone finally. Worst experience at a dealership i have ever had. And i gave them 3 chances. Not one ounce of respect for customers.
On 12-26 I came in to upgrade my 2011 Kia Soul for something bigger and was not disappointed. About 3 years ago I bought my Kia Soul from them and even though the service was not all that great, decided to go back Saturday because of their large selection. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! I took my Kia Sorento there for a recall. They did a multi-point inspection to be told the car I bought 3 months prior needed new brakes AND new tires. I took it back to the place I bought it, and was told that what they said was in fact not true. Thinking the place I bought it was just trying to get out of trouble, it was looked at by a family mechanic that told me, my brakes had more than half of life left in the front and the back brakes were basically brand new. Only giving three stars right now but will update after my service is done.. So far so good hope can give 5 stars when done. First time here, bought my Kia at Rick Case so mostly go there. If I get treated half as good as I get treated at Rick Case I will be ok
