I visited Cobb county kia for the first time January 10, 2015. My mom was in the market for a new car and we've heard good things about kias. Long story short we walked out with TWO cars! Mine originally had many mechanical things wrong with it (it was a chevy Cruze) I talked to my salesman (shoutout to Alex Williams!) and the GM and after about half my story and seeing 10 seconds of a video I recorded, they swapped my car out!! After finalizing a car sale to my wife last month, my wife is now being harassed by sales and finance people from this Kia dealership saying that they were wrong, financing wasn't approved, we need a cosigner, another $1200 deposit, and the interest rate is nearly doubling. What the heck? It's either really bad business practices or an outright scam. Either way I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I bought my 2012 Kia Soul from Cobb County Kia. I got into an accident in it and all thet happened to me was a few minor scraps on my left arm. Iam looking for another Kia Soul as I type. I will most likely buy it from them as they are the only ones that are working with me on how much I have to spend. I will post pictures when I figure out how to.

Yeah just like a lot of others, they lied to me too. I told them not to let me drive off with the vehicle if the deal was not done, and Eugene the finance manager guaranteed me the deal was done. After my temp tags have expired after having the car for 30 days and I could not drive the car, they send a tow truck in the middle of the night to steal the car.
