Great customer service we purchased our first Kia last year and I must say they really took good care of us and when ever we need service we take our car to them so if you need a great ride lease or purchase I highly recommend them !

Horrible place . Have 62000 miles on Kia and they will not cover my issues . This Dealership claims sludge in the engine . This is apparently a very common problem if you read all the Kia forums . They all say the same thing to get out of honoring warranty . I have filed complaints with FTC and National Safety Transportation . They told me they took pictures of sludge in my Engine but after many emails they can't provide me the pictures , they just ignore me .... this is so sad for all consumers that work hard .
I was there as a result of a contest they were offering. Lo & behold I won a nice television. This comes following telling my husband I would like a larger size tv in the bedroom so I wouldn't have to wear my glasses at night to see it. I was blessed with my wish. The people there were so friendly and treated everyone there as if they truly were family. Even hugged me and my husband after loading the tv for us. When we begin looking for another vehicle we will definitely give them a visit. Thanks CCK.
I really enjoyed myself at the Optimistic customer appreciation event. It was awesome!! The ambience was great, the saxophonist and singer were fantastic���. The food that was served was impressive and the staff was friendly. Where as I didn't win any of the awesome gifts I still had an amazing time. Thank you Andre and Melvina for putting together an awesome event!! Looking forward to more dealings with Cobb County Kia!!
Ok, I will be honest, I thought that KIA was a "cheap" brand....i was SO wrong. Not only do I love the car I bought last night but I would send ANYONE to this dealership. Alex is so great - stayed WAY past closing and the Finance Manager did too - and nice is not a big enough word to describe them. In addition, Ryan in Service already helped me last night, and this morning - What an awesome staff and great product!! Thank you!!

Overall experience was excellent! James Wind my car salesman really enjoyable, professional and personable. He had a great attitude from beginning to end. It was a family affair, mother father daughter and I, and my mother is definitely a hard ball, I leared alot in th art of negotiations but thru it all James kept his cool and professional attitude an got us an excellent deal on a 2016 Kia Soul. I would urge anyone looking to buy a Kia new or used to ask for James, you wont be disappointed!
