LOVED the service we received !! We had ALL our questions and concerns answered and solved. Phillip was absolutely amazing and VERY patient (as we had our 2 little boys). The GM Andre is amazing as well. Our first Kia and will certainly not be our last if we ever need another vehicle. I will be referring all my friends. ��

As always, the service department delivered great customer service. I needed warranty work, but there was a record snafu; the service manager worked it out, got my repair done, and made my car happy again. I have been going here for my repair needs for almost six years, and have always enjoyed my experience. The clean and spacious waiting area allows me to confortably get work done while I wait, so I have very little down time, and having the coffee machine is a big plus.
I had a phenomenal experience at Cobb County Kia. Philip helped me and he was very knowledgeable, understanding and nice. Not only did I purchase and awesome car at a low interest rate, but I made friends in the process. I found out how auto financing works and also how to lower my interest and principal in just a few short tips from Phillip. Call 678-907-1789 and tell Phillip that Yashica Lavette sent you. Barron/Bradley owners of a 2016 Kia Soul. In today, 2/25/17 for upkeep service and oil change. Our service advisor, Ms. Diana Bell, treated us as though we were the only customers in the place, anticipated all our needs, answered all our questions, put at ease about something that had to be checked, made everything simple, AND got the service folk to wash our car! I cant give Randy enough praise. He has taken care of me since 2015 when I purchased my Kia Soul! He makes every experience I have here fast, enjoyable, and just plain excellent.
