Diana bell and Chris eased the pain of what I thought was a nightmare. My visit was stress free. I'm not from this area so when I didn't know what to do Diana sent me a shuttle (Chris) to get me to the dealer. Chris was super friendly and offered to help me with my things. Diana then did everything she could to make sure I left smiling. She even offered to send my father a picture of me smiling so he knew I was taken care of. Lol . I decided to take my car in for a complimentary service review. During the process, a few repairs were suggested. So, I decided I would get them done. My experience was great. RJ, my Kia service guy, was awesome. He was very nice and he explained what repairs were needed. I had work to do and feel like I didn't lose any of that time. The sitting area was comfortable, spacious and work friendly. When necessary, I will go back to see RJ again.
Excellent place to work and the GM Andrew is the best part of the Cobb County organization. I enjoyed the opportunity and I wish those guys nothing but the best. I would recommend the company and the sales process at Cobb. One thing I can say is that Mr Young the GM is 100% fair across the board. Good Luck guys!

Great experience! I first worked with Laura McElyea their internet Sales Representative... WOW! She found the car I wanted and answered ALL MY QUESTIONS and after several emails back and forth she convinced me to drive from Lawrenceville to Kennesaw. Then Grant Tolbert took over. From start to finished walked us through everything and made sure we were comfortable through the whole time. We purchased a 2018 Wild Orange Soul for my wife... again great experience
