I went in super excited for a steak and was left with crazy disapointment. Half of my 6oz steak was fat and gristle. The baked potatoe skin was tough. My server was slow and took at least 5 minutes to find A1 steak sauce making my food cold. My fiances ribs had pink in them. They claim to slow cook the ribs for 12-16 hours. If that was true there would be no pink. They only took $10 off our bill wanting us to pay $30 for not even eating the food. Nothing to write home about. After initial server visits ( two different servers) my empty drink glass and completed meal plate sat at me table for almost 20 mins.(A couple innings of the Tigers Game) I was planning on spending more time, but the service, and the baked potato that came out with about a 1/4lb of butter melted and sloshing all over, kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. This was the worst experience ever at this place! First off our waitress took forever to get our drinks, then she took forever to bring our dessert ice cream brownie..... the ice cream was melted and we waited for 20 min to get our check! We asked for more cinnamon butter and she brought us a lid instead and no butter, it was empty! On our way out the door finally, we saw her sitting by the front door on her phone! Seriously! We will not be returning

Worst Sirloin steak I've ever had!!I believe that it's this Holland location, because been to the Brann's in Muskegon and the food is always top notch!! Holland location is just YUUUCK!!!

Great day for Mother’s Day dinner. Everything to do with the restaurant and staff was great. Was just Lil disappointed with this family that allowed their kids to run around, yell, wrestle on the floor and act out while families were sitting there trying to enjoy dinner. Was annoying. But we had a awesome waitress, food was great and it was a very nice Mothers Day! 💕
