I don’t often post negative reviews but I feel this needs to be posted. The Prime Rib Dip sandwich is terrible. When the server asked how I wanted it cooked, I should have known. There was just a nasty, overly greasy slab of prime rib on a tiny, stale bun with even more grease on the onions. It was not even edible. Couldn’t even tear it apart.

Terrible experience on 28th street. Waited five minutes until anyone even sat us (there was no host). Then sat for 15 minutes before having a waiter because they sat us at a table without a waiter designated to us. Food was sub par. Overall just terrible.

Ordered the 2 signature items for lunch and for the loaded bake potato soup with no crackers and the cheesey garlic flat bread with no garlic or marinara. The flat bread has cheese only. I could of made a cheese quesadilla at home with two tortillas and it would have been better. Disappointed highly in my carry out order.

RecommendedWhile visiting Grand Rapids from Murray KY, for my daughters weightlifting competition we decided to stop in. Great Service and Food! Oh and anyone who backs the Blue Line has our business!
We went there to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Our server was John S. He did a great job and all of our food was hot and tasty! He even made a fresh pot of coffee for my father in law!
