I've been going to Branns since i was a kid. We lived around the corner from the first one on Division. I live in Grandville so that's the one usually go to. I also got to the Cascade location sometimes and enjoy conversing with Mike. (it's been awhile but I think he's still there) In all that time I've had one bad meal. I had all of my family with me. Always have an issue ordering over the phone. Just tried again and I waited to see how long it took for someone to help since the people who answer the phones can’t take the order. 24 minutes later no one helped me and I got hung up on instead.

Well,this is my second time trying Brann's. The first time at this location though. Again, I was very disappointed. I ordered ribs,loaded mash potatoes(and that was an upcharge ,on the loaded part). My ribs were awful,felt like they had been sitting in the refridgerator and then warmed up in the microwave and bbq sauce slathered on and they seemed dry to me. Brann’s used to be a favorite. Not anymore after numerous bad experiences at the Fruitport/Muskegon location & now the Holland location. First, this is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. The dust & grime was quite visible everywhere. The booth we sat in looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. As for our dinner, we were never given the famous dinner rolls by our server, she never brought them even after being asked! The baked potatoes are brown and cold, they taste like they were sitting under a light then smothered in pretend butter and sour cream to hide the brown old taste
