Brann's has never been one of my fave to go places. I've read most of the reviews. Seems to me most of the problems stem from management. They do the hiring & firing. If they put up with this kind of service, patrons will not return. There's too many other restaurants in the Holland area to put up with this kind of treatment.

Poor curbside service and even worse customer service from the staff. I waited in a curbside service spot as instructed, but had to go in since they never came out. My food was ready, (mostly, had to send them back to the kitchen for condiments we had requested). They’re excuse was it got busy and they couldn’t see me. When I got home less than 5 minutes later the food was cold.

terrible food wait time, then it all came out cold. Manager made it right with the bill, but cold food when you are hungry is disappointing.

I sent a private message to let management know about our dining experience, but did not receive a response, so here goes: Food, great. Service great. We sat in the bar area. There was a loud, obnoxious, drunk woman sitting at the bar, disrupting the patrons. Talking loud enough for EVERYONE to hear and spouting the "F-bomb" as well. A table near us politely asked her to lower her voice. Management was aware.Where were you, management? NOT ACCEPTABLE. The bartender was aware. hostess repeatedly lied about wait on pickup. order was actually cancelled on their end. why lie about it being almost ready, and that it is being boxed up right now?
