Our waitress Paula was amazing!! She helped make our Birthday celebrations fun! Thank you to her and the young waiter her sang Happy Birthday to our 3 Birthday brothers and our birthday sister! Our sister Deb Schmidt who used to work at Brann’s was with us in spirit! I’m sure she had a wonderful heavenly birthday! ��

went there last night took forever to get refills and had to ask another server for our check because our server didnt bring it..didnt stop by to ask how the food was...even with bad service I'll usually leave a 10% tip...I left no tip last night...tighten up branns...

Crappy Service @ the Holland location. Waiter was high as a kite and barely present when needed. He took our order, then returned 5 minutes later to ask us for our order again cause he couldn't remember that he took our order the first time(We were his only table). After we finished we were finished with our meal we had to ask a manager for the check as our waiter couldnt be found. used to love it went there for 59 years for our anniversay we were so disappointed this year looked like a bunch of kids waiting on people, not very nice way to much noise, need a nice section without tv and etc. we will not go back, sad.

Make sure your take out order has everything in it that its supposed to have. Very disappointing when your short a side and don't have the rolls that were included either.
