Placed an order for black duty boots on 19 April 2020. Order slipped my mind, but around 13 June 2020 Botach began hounding me with phone calls 6 times a day for payment, because it had been so long their system wouldn't process the original order. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY! They outright lie, don't fill orders properly (if at all) and have shady business practices. The BBB also protects these type of shady businesses. They won't let you enter a review if you filed a complaint for the same reason? Why is that? You should be able to enter a complaint and write a review especially when the company COMPLETELY FAILS at doing its job.
WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!! Ordered magazines during "Freedom Week" that they ALLEGEDLY had in stock. They NEVER shipped out the order BUT they did fulfill other people's order for the SAME mags. Then they claim that they're out of stock and they don't know when stock will come so they cancel the order. I contact them (NUMEROUS TIMES) and get the order reinstated as I told them I would wait however long it would take for them to get restocked. Botach has the worst communication and customer service on the planet. Save yourself the headache and take your money elsewhere. Over 60 days with no shipment and 30 days without communication. Unacceptable. They are a fraud and con artists.
I placed an order on June X XXXX. Received an email on June X XXXX informing me item had been shipped. FedEx tracking showed a lable had been created, but not yet received. Over the course of the next week I attempted to contact BOTACH via phone calls, email, text, and chat on their web page. NOTHING. No reply until I disputed the charges. Order placed 3/17/2020 on items listed as in stock. Made an inquiry via email 33 days later, received a prompt response with in a day stating my order should ship within 2 weeks. It has now been 96 days (basically 14 weeks) and all following email inquiries have been left unanswered. Pretty disappointing.

I have used this company for quite a few orders in the past and never had any kind of issue. This time I ordered a set of siglite night sights and when they arrived, I found a rust film on them. One word, disappointment... I made my order 06/03/20, paid an extra $40 for shipping, I've reached out through phone, & email numerous times. Today is 06/09/20. I haven't had a single successful attempt in trying to contact them. Nor have they made the effort in contacting myself. At this point, all I want to do is just cancel the order. I can't even do that! Borderline scam.
