I am a former customer of Botach. They have always offered some of the lowest prices on sale batches anywhere. In the past - about 20 or so years ago they had internal issues that caused a lot of people, including myself to stop patronizing their business. I am happy to say that appears to be a situtation that has been rectified. I decided to order another product from their website, maybe 8 or 9 years ago, and the products were not only priced lower than anywhere else, but, were delivered promptly. I have been shopping at Botach for years and always come back because of their competitive pricing and quality products. I have purchased everything from firearms, to gun parts, to boots and have always been well taken care of, even if there is a product issue. I will continue to shop at Botach for years to come.

Its my great pleasure to write of my experience with Botach, Inc. In quick succession, I have placed two (2) orders with Botach, Inc. and will buying a lot more from them. As a retiree, quality, price and service are my top priority and Botach, Inc. has met all three of my qualifications. My first purchase was for seven pair of tactical pants. And it's great to know they are a local business here in Vegas that I can support. It's a win win really. Having recently retired after a 30 year career in both law enforcement and private contracting, I have been a Botach satisfied customer for many of those years. I see a lot of complaints about customer service for a lot of companies and unfortunately it does happen. I am very happy with my recent first purchase from Botach. The quality and fit was exactly as advertised, the price was more than fair, the shipping was accurate and timely.
