Shady business practices.. purchase taser waited weeks to receive item. Once I received it / it does t work they say they offer no refund no exchanges… your risking your money when you purchase from this company… Buyer Beware.. I will never purchase anything from them again

Do not buy from botach tactical! I bought a pair of boots and in less than a month they started falling apart and the people at botach would not return or exchange them !!
I placed an order for a shotgun 4 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. A month. A full month. All I have been told after numerous emails is it’s processing or firearm paperwork takes a while. Understandable at two weeks. Not four weeks. I can’t get into contact with anyone outside of “customer service” to let me know what’s going on. Either they sold something they didn’t have or their shipping department is that horrible. Either way this is not a business I would order from under any circumstance ever again.
I ordered a high-end scope that was supposed to be new. Received open box/used item; broken seal, torn box. There was grass and other debris inside the flip-up lense covers and a white powder in the product box. Returned for a replacement and received another open-box item with broken manufacturer seal and torn box. Bought many times from them in the past. They listed an item for sale, I bought it, then received an email saying item out of stock and order cancelled. Then the same item is back in stock in their store at twice the price. Shady business tactics, i recommend avoiding.
Ordered suppressor, Never returned phone calls. Never answers phone during business hours. Pending charge on my credit card for two weeks. Wasted my ffl's time and mine. Botach sucks!! Worst online experience ever!!
Oregon has a right to purchase extended magazines due to pending lawsuits which will go into the new year 2023, stupid me saw a great deal on Glock 17 gen 5, 17 rnd mags, a ten pack for 200.00 ,same crap as every one else, my bank account shows my total purchase monies is in limbo in my account because they haven't processed my purchase, I live so close to their address am thinking of going down to see if it is just a vacant lot full of campers? from Dave W
How are these guys in business Avoid at all cost, just google them, they will rip you off. They play games and show stuff in stock when it is back ordered. You would never know until you call and sit on hold forever weeks later. They charge your card immediately and when you try to cancel tell you it can be up to 10 days for refund. When they do ship orders, it is missing an item and you get to sit on hold again.
My officer ordered an item x26. I in return bought the same item it is not what I order I was sent the 26p. This is not what I order on the site it shows x26 not x26p. His display is working mine is not , they do not answer on the law enforcement side nor the customer service. If your in law enforcement I would advise you to look else. The battery indicator is a must, I just tried calling them on 9-22-2022 9-23-2022 9-26-2022 numerous times with no luck.
