Some of the best service and best quality products I've ever purchased. As a matter fact the product was so good, we have re-purchased the exact same product on several occasion. Not once have we had an issue on product, or shipping, or anything else. The product and service have been flawless. I would recommend these folks hands-down to anybody even considering using them. Trust me, you will not be disappointed at all.

This company had the worst company service. I ordered my products and they created a ups mail ticket, but they never sent the package. I've emailed them and made multiple calls. They will not answer. I checked reviews on the company and other people have received the exact same problem. It's hard to belive there are really businesses that treat customers like this.
I purchased a telestep telescoping ladder. On the day it "shipped" (UPS label created and not sure if it actually left warehouse) it was brought to my attention that these ladders were unsafe and there were lawsuits where they collapsed and caused injury. I Immediately called them and asked to cancel or redirect the UPS shipment back to the warehouse. As a customer service manager myself I know this is possible but only by the shipper. I've bought thousands of dollars of merchandise from botach in the past, because they tend to sell good products at a good price. Their shipping is very slow and they frequently mess up orders. It is these messed up orders and their resolution to these messed up orders that has spurred me to write this. I ordered some items 6 months ago and they messed up the order, and left out the most expensive item of the order, I contacted them they messed up the order again and sent the wrong item. Placed order on 10/07/2021. As of 11/10/2021 I have yet to receive it. Botach shipped it with a mailing label with only my partial address instead of my full address and UPS returned to sender on October 28, 2021. Now, Botach wants me to pay for shipping again before they send me my items. Absolutely unacceptable to try to make me pay twice for shipping items I have still not received. After buying online from Florida After buying online from Florida, they expected me to pick-up item. Looks like there was a glitch on the cart software because they claim that I selected local pick-up. However I try to solve the problem via email. Well, they have done me good! Some great communication as I was searching for Visible and IR laser components. Very honest. Answered questions within 24 hours. Ordered a Steiner DBAL A-3 for about $300 less than OP, got it in 2 business days. IMO...they did great, in spite of the bad press. I did use them for another AR part and they did good then, about two years ago. My experience has been very good.

If I could give them a zero star, I would. I, ME, paid for expedited shipping (2-6 days) and didn't get it for almost 2 months. I had to dispute the charges with my bank because the customer service wouldn't reply to my emails. I wanted to send the product back because of the dispute and they refused to print a return label. So I am going to be out money, FOR NOTHING IN RETURN, because of their shoddy business practice. DO NOT USE THEM.
