Placed an order (92473449) on Feb 8th in which the same day I received an email from Botach that stated an "order update change" and in the email it stated that the product had now shipped. When i go to click the UPS tracking link that they supplied in the email, UPS states: "Shipment ready for UPS" "when the shipment arrives at our facility the delivery date will be updated"... I have been waiting for a certain company to release a new suppressor line, they made an announcement on Monday through youtube. I immediately did a search to see who had this product for sale and the only one to pop up was Botach. No problem, this was one of my go to vendors for the past 2 years. Although I was a little leary because my last order was completely botched, to the point of having to cancel after over 5 weeks of back and forth with the company. Ordered a set of plates from them. They came broken with ceramic falling out. After a week of trying to get ahold of them they finally answered their business sales line and tell me to send a picture of the plates so I did and that's the last I ever heard from them.

These guys charge sales tax for an unknown location. The state sales tax rate shown on my order is remarkably higher than what I pay at my home shipping address. I will refer this issue to my state's Attorney General and Department of Revenue. I'm curious to see if Botach actually submits sales tax to the states of customers. We'll soon find out.

It seems this company, for whatever reason, has both a shipping, inventory and customer service issue. I think they are not updating their website to indicate whether something is really in stock or on back order. I waited a month to receive my order, when I contacted customer service they said they were very busy and to be patient. When I asked how long it would take to ship an in-stock item, they could not give me an ETA, and that they would let me know when it shipped. That sounds like a back order to me.

STEER CLEAR! Botach did away with free shipping on all orders after previously offering free shipping for over 20 yrs as their big draw. Botach added insult to injury by replacing free shipping with an exorbitantly steep shipping fee scheme, driving away past customers en masse. Botach is notorious for collecting non required sales tax and not shipping items after accepting payment from customers. Buyer beware! There are no "deals" at Botach!

Do not trust quantities shown on website. Call them and see if they have it. If half your stuff is back-ordered, you get to pay double shipping to get two deliveries.

I wish I had read through the reviews here first. Ordered 2 Walther PPQ M2 9mm 17rd Magazines on 10/7/2020. Received 10/13/2020. Fast shipping. Opened package, they sent the M1 version which won't work in an M2 Walther gun. Sent email to customer service, though that didn't turn out to be the case. Took 3 days for a reply. Used the prepaid shipping label and mailed on 17th about 1:00. They received on 10/20/2020. Then 3 weeks with emails trying to find out when these would be shipped.
