Order never shipped. Can't talk with a live person and can't get and update! Trash company!!!!!
In 2020 I placed 2 orders a couple of days apart, then looked online at some reviews, got scared and was able to cancel because they were really busy. A week ago I placed a $150+ order for Ballistic Armor just after 0800hrs PT, was assigned a Tracking Number by 1400hrs and UPS had it in hand the next morning. Today I ordered the wrong Armor and cancelled by email at 0500hrs and by 0530hrs my order had been cancelled. I ordered the correct piece around 0900hrs and by 1230hrs had a Tracking Number assigned. Second time dealing with Botach. First time was ok and the second was a nightmare. I was in pending shipment status for over 40 days. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone and was told multiple times that the order takes long to process. After several attempts, they canceled my order and didn't offer any replacement or action plan. The price is now raised $200 plus dollars and I am not eligible for the discounted price I purchased it at. It sure seemed intentional and now they won't even respond to emails. 1st time customer. My experience was good and my item came as described. My only complaint is similar to others, item did not ship right away after order and I had to attempt to contact customer service a couple of times before I got a response. Based on my experience, I would order again.
