I placed an order with botach and after several days it was updated to shipped. Three days later I received an email saying that the item I ordered wasn't in stock. I thought there was a mistake because I got a email that said my order shipped, but no, they said they shipped my order never did then told me 3 days later it wasn't in stock and my other items hadn't shipped yet either. There was a sale advertised on an EO sight. I logged in and the item didn't snow a sale price. I emailed and asked about it. The response was, "Put it in your cart, and you'll see the sale price." I put it in my cart, and no sale price. I send a message relaying that I was logged in, put the item in my cart and still no sale price. No response.
They sell products they claim to be in stock, take and process your order, then tell you the product is on backorder. Once you place your order, they will not cancel your order. I did receive the item 11 weeks later. In the meantime, I had purchase the item from a local store. They issued me a return authorization. When I shipped the item back, unopened, they charge me a restocking fee. My card was originally charged $609 and I received a $489 credit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CON ARTISTS!!!
Did not send everything I paid for. I have been fighting and waiting for the missing item. They said they would ship it and I have not received any updates or the item. Can't call them directly. Have not responded to my emails. Now I will have to cancel through the credit card company and dispute. Not worth the Headache just to save a couple dollars
Purchased something back in Jan of 2021. It was never delivered. They had me fill out a form which i did, was told I would be receiving a refund within 3-7 days. 3 months later, still no refund and they won't reply to any calls and stopped replying to my emails. They still have my $171 and change. Guess I have to take them to court and sue them for all costs. After all I do have emails from them saying they would refund me my money and again, months later and still nothing!
I see they respond to others reviews saying sorry to everyone, I think they don't care at all about their customers.I think they are sorry just not in an apologetic manner. I placed an order for 2 items that were on sale on 3/13/21 and the was awaiting processing until 4/5/21 when it was canceled by them not myself. THIS IS JUST TOTAL !00% DISHONESTY. Attempted to contact "Botach" MULTIPLE times through there little message tab for customer service on their website when you are looking at your order. Well, don't try that, it wont work, then they'll just say they didn't get an "email" from you. So, I guess we email too?? Who knows? I bought products from Botach.com because of the low price, to check out the quality. I found that their gear is of very good quality. I had an item that went on back order. Botach kept me informed as to the when it would come and when they got it back in stock, they rushed it to me. I have made and will make many more purchases from Botach.com. They are my go to store.
