Placed order on 9/22/20. Received an email with a tracking number on 10/9/20. As of today (10/22/20) UPS is still saying label created, awaiting shipment. The product was listed in stock at time of order. Do not order from them.

This company shows absolutely no respect for its customers. Being that a large portion of their customer base is military, veterans and first responders/law enforcement, I find this to be particularly egregious. I had a problem with them about a year ago that was frustrating, dealing with horrible customer service. I gave them a second chance and placed two orders since then. I placed an order with these guys on 9/07/20, and it is still sitting awaiting fulfillment as of 10/19/20. I have called multiple times only to get an answering machine, and they have the shortest business phone hours of any company that deals with government contracts I've seen. I've sent multiple emails, and even posted on their social media with no response. I'll be moving soon, and now I'm worried my package will be sent to a place I no longer live. I ordered a new Beretta APX threaded barrel. I received a very used, well worn, and dirty APX non-threaded barrel. Had I not used PayPal to pay for the item, I don't think I would be getting my money back. There is no customer service. They don't respond to emails, and apparently, they send you what ever they want to send you, whether it's what you ordered or not. Placed an order on 09/06/2020. On 09/16, no change in processing status. Contacted via e-mail and text service with no reply or result. UPS label created on 09/17. As of 09/21, UPS still has not received package. No communication from Botach. Very disappointing because other people I know get fast service and their items are usually shipped within 48 hours of their order. They are horrible, their customer service is an answering machine that keeps on repeating "your business is important to us". No one has ever called me back or answer my emails, even after multiple times. Stay away from this company, they are a fraud.

I placed an order on the 25th of August. As of today its still not shipped. On the 9th of Sept they sent an update with tracking number. It's still sitting in the warehouse 6 days later. Do Not Use Botach.

This is the first BBB comment I have ever left. I wished I had read this company's review before I placed my order. The customer service at Botach is AWFUL to say the least and the description of the item on the website turned out to be less than accurate. Prior to knowing that, I purchased two items on August 5th, which they listed as having in stock. I paid for two day shipping and received the first item on August 14th, but only after multiple emails and calls to sales, as customer service doesn't answer their phone. Howe... read more

I placed an order on 6/14 and the order was suppose to be in stock and ship on the 6/27. I have received no response from company and have already been charged for the order. Order number is XXXXXXXX. I do not want to cancel order, I just want to find out an honest time frame of when the order will be fulfilled. Ive ordered from botach before and no problems, this is extremely bad communication.
