I have made a handful of purchases with Botach over the years without any issues till my last. Ordered pants, carrier and protective items. Order was posted shipped the following work day. Fast forward 3 and a half weeks and the carrier still hasn't received items to deliver. All items showed plenty in stock to fulfill order 3X over. Sent message at 2 weeks without response and today without response. I don't know what happened after the move from Cali but not inclined to do any more purchases after this.

Terrible. The worst I've ever experienced. I ordered three items from them......A week later received the wrong merchandise. All of many telephone messages and emails were totally ignored over a 10 day period. These people are brand-x. I was getting ready to order several hundred dollars in additional merchandise. Thankfully I didn't. I will be contacting my credit card company to get a refund.
They sold me a product that was DOA they said it's not their problem that I have to go to the manufacturer. They literally sent me something broken saying it is not their problem. So now I have to use the manufacturer's warranty as soon as I get a product.
Worst of the worst. They will take your money and never shipthe product and never give you an update. They post false prices and availability of their products, only to eventually be informed that not a single product ordered is in stock regardless of the fact that they say otherwise on their site.
Terrible customer service. My friend and myself ordered the same product in March 2019. Received confirmation and once the store opened on Monday they immediately canceled my friends order and my own. Stated there was a pricing error with their system which was not even a huge difference in pricing for the same product they had on a holiday sale. They don't even deserve 1 star. I ordered something in the beginning of December 2019. It was supposed to be a Christmas present and I still haven't received it. I've called numerous times and left messages, sent messages through their online chat. No response. I even spoke to someone at least three times each time they promised I'd receive it in a week or they didn't know when the item was coming in. There was always an excuse as to why I did not receive my item. It is February 13, 2019 and I still haven't received my item.

Received a tracking number for my package but been saying USPS is still awaiting the item. Will begin to dispute the charge with my bank for my money back if anything doesn't change.

Hi there, Your package was shipped out on 01/14/2019 under tracking number 9400110200881947607957 with USPS. This has movement and is expected to arrive to you on 01/19/2019.
Didn't send me what I ordered. They substituted other products instead and one wasn't the right size. The products are good for four years from manufacture date, but the ones I received were just a little over two years away from expiration. There was no invoice or any other documentation included with the order.
