Fighting with them right now to get magazines that i ordered a month ago. I receieved a tracking number that never started working. Then was told that these were in the warehouse and there not sure why they havent gone out. Then 2 days later i get a email saying there is no ETA and they are out of stock. I call in and they say they are in the warehouse so they are gonna expedite it with a gift. I have yet to hear back. So we will see... Will update review if anything comes of this. Botach charged our customer for an "in stock" suppressor on Jan 11th 2018. After many phone calls to Botach and getting put on hold and hung up on, the customer had to do a charge back on his credit card. Fast forward to the end of March, the supppressor was drop shipped from the manufacturer, (not Botach). Botach never had the product in stock and has blatantly lied to us and our customer. I made a offer yesterday on Botach.com for a Maxpedition bag. This offer was excepted and my money was gladly taken out of my account. Today I receive an email stating that they dont have one in inventory. Is this the way Botach does business? They state they are about customer service. I can't reach anyone by phone or email. You have lost a customer.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Everything I have been told by customer service on over a dozen phone calls has been a lie. I ordered a product labeled as same day shipping. It's now 3 weeks later and has not shipped.
Avoid this company like the plague! They will rip you off and have no hesitation to put the blame on you. I ordered a Streamlight TLR-1 HL from *********** (and Botach was the seller). I waited around two weeks for the order to "arrive" and when it "arrived" it wasn't even at my address! I called them to attempt to get the situation rectified, but they insisted that it wasn't their problem!
