I have used Blau several times for plumbing issues and always with good results. Yesterday Kyle came to fix my backed up sewer. He explained everything clearly and was friendly and professional. Great job!
The technician David that came out to our house has been very friendly and helpful both times he has came to our house. He explained what he was doing and also was very professional. I would recommend Blau to anyone!
From my emergency "stressful" call to the time the work was completed I felt I was treated in a most speedy, professional and courteous manner by all staff from the call center to the service technician. I would not hesitate to use this service if ever needed in the future or to just have general checkups on my heating or cooling equipment and I recommend this to others.
Mikey was very knowledgeable about the repair. We were having issues with the hot water reaching certain areas of our house. Last month, he came to the house to find out what needed to be done. We made our choice of which repair option we could afford. He came over today, April 18, 2019 to repair the needed pipes. He did an excellent job. Great timely repair -- 2/13/19 a drain pipe in a wall broke open, with water draining inside the wall!! We called Blau around 11 am, their plumber Mickey was here by 1 pm. He determined the problem, opened the wall, replaced two sections of the failed drain pipe and was done by 5. The response and repair was completed way above my expectations, done professionally. I am so thankful to Blau! We had a frozen pipe burst above our kitchen during the subzero temps. They were able to come out within an hour or two and completely fix it. The plumber was informative and explained everything as he worked. Seemed a bit pricey but I also don’t have anything to compare it with. Thankful for their quick and professional response!

I called Blau to look at the water heater. It's fine. The Theo did some simple maintenance and explained that I could do this easily yearly, as required. All good. Since Blau was here I understood that the furnace could be looked at. I knew it was old and had so much done to it before I bought the condo. I even used duct tape on the furnace. I decided to replace the old furnace with a Trane. And, it is so remarkable. I am sleeping better. It's so quiet. The air is cleaner because of a really good filter on the unit. And, the... read more
